Delete your Meowdy account

Meowdy, by Code Skogens LLC

You can permanently delete your Meowdy account and all of its data at any time. There are two ways:

In the app (instant)

  1. Open Meowdy and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to About and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and its data are erased immediately.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email semir@codeskogens.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my Meowdy account". We complete the deletion within 30 days (usually within a few days).

What is deleted

Everything tied to your account: your profile and login, your cats and their photos, diary entries and photos, feeding logs and schedules, and all progress (coins, streaks, achievements). Meow recordings are never involved because they are analyzed on your device and never uploaded.

Retention: data is removed from the live database immediately. Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days, after which no copy remains.

Delete only some data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove content. In the app you can delete an individual cat, or any single diary entry, and it is removed right away while your account stays intact.
